That doesn't change the fact that Cap DIED from a sniper shot. Weak.
Batman evaded a sniper shot from the back, and even Darksied's Omega blasts. I don't see Cap pulling that off.
Well, to start there is the fact he was wearing power dampeners which made it so that he could barely move, then there is the fact the sniper shot at one of the guards and Cap dove into the way to save him, then we have the fact that he was still alive by that point and had to be shot several more times at close range.

This is correct. Spiderman himself testifies in very difficult to move in those strength dampeners. I imagine he's been in them before.

Cap has evaded bullets and even blocked random lasers with guantlets. Cap has even played in beams while under zero gravity.
Don't get me wrong Cap gets tagged every now and then. But don't pretend like Batman hasn't been shot before or hit before. Anyhow Cap is faster then Batman since he's enhanced to the height of potential. He's the next step in human evolution.

on skill alone, bruce wins imo. cap's stamina, strength and so on do give him help. which could even things out.
Even Split, imo. Bruce's got the skill, but Cap's got the staying power...

Batman's never been proven to be a "master" of 187 fighting styles. Only good enough in each of them to provide basic tutorials to Cassie via holographic projection. Cap is adept in every form of H2H combat as well. Skills are arguably equal.
