This reason why it is hard to judge between the two feats is because they are very impressive. But if you look at it for what they really are it is not as difficult. It is impressive that Capt was able to move 10 feet to block a bullet after it had been shot, it is also impressive that batman dodge an already incoming bullet from a sniper he did not even know was there. The feat I presented showcases batman’s reflexes, the feat you presented showcases Capt's running speed. In a which of two is more important having better reflexes or running speed?
