2. Knocking people many feet through the air with single hits
3. Slinging a human over 20ft away easily
4. Throwing a 250lb human through reinforced skyscraper glass with ease.

7. Ramming a man's head through solid marble breaking it in half.

1. I stated it, that's where. Plus you see where Cap gets cut on the arm and the uniform there is only 1mm thick.
2. Kevlar is an example material that absorbs the kinetic energy of a bullet. In the same vein it was clear the gut area could have absorbed some of the energy yet Cap still flew back a bit (was knocked off feet). Second, Cap was very much hurt after that hit, within reason he could have died if hit with another one (especially in a more vital area). Finally, each blast was variable. For instance, the first blast barely moved Iron Man yet the second knocked him back like crazy. So all blasts aren't equal.
This fight is like Cassidy Vs Custer in the comic Preacher.
Cassidy was a long lived super strong vampire with decent HF.
Yet Custer still beat him down due to his advantage in skill.
This fight is no different when comparing the film counterparts.
Movie Cap had base skill. Ozy was skill personified + he had superhuman stats himself.
Movie Cap won't touch Ozy. Yet Ozy has the skill and strength to hurt a chisel Cap down into the ground.

Like how he tries to use the Ironman scence to claim that the blasts are variable in power, rather than taking into account that the blasts hit him in different spots and from different angles.
That and I believe it was him that claimed that the Hulk tanked hundreds of the blasts without being injured, yet he ignores the blood and the fact that most of the blasts were shown to miss the Hulk during the close-up

Cap's effectiveness in combat was superior to anything Ozy displayed. Beating down two chumps whom Cap would literally one shot if so inclined doesn't mean he can beat Cap, unfortunately. Ozy's stats are inferior to Cap, and his skill level isn't sufficient enough to close the gap between himself and Steve.

The first blast hit him dead on in the center and the second was about in the same spot. Yet he got sent flying on the second blast. Yes, variable blasts.
Your credibility is now damaged because you are purposely lying. I paused rewinded the scene countless times (to give you the benefit of the doubt) yet I don't see one ounce of damage on Hulk. Show me where because I'm viewing the part right now and don't see it.
Most of the blasts aimed at him hit him. Remember most means more than half. Get your vocabulary correct.

Cap never fought anyone skilled at all. Isn't that the logic you are using against Ozy?
Ozy showed much better h2h skill, hand speed, and reflexes than Cap ever showed in both movies. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that Ozy is much more skilled than Cap.
Ozy stats are inferior to Caps but not by much since Ozy did display multiple superhuman feats himself. It's the skill and speed that wins it for him.
Skill and speed are more than sufficient to win. It's highly believable that Cap won't even touch Ozy at all.
