I'm speculating....
It's not to far off to imagine Jack and Stan as the twin "Gods" of Marvel.
After all...they really were the creators...one drew the comics(Jack Kirby)
while the other made up the characters and stories(Stan Lee)well mostly.
It's on panel that the "God" of Marvel is the artist...so the TOAA, that dictates everything in Marvel, should be the writer(Stan)

As pertaining to the whole Lucifer thing I have come wit a snag with the comics. I have basically read the entire Lucifer series except for the last issue and I have a question on his creation. There are both hints that he created a multuiverse as well as hints that he created a universe. Yahweh's creation, also known as the DCU was a multiverse creation. Isn't Lucifer capable of making a multverse since Michael himself was able to use his power to repower Gods creation before Lucifer stopped him and warned of the problem of fenris and the world tree.

You need to remember that the Vertigo continuity (which Lucifer stems from) and the DC one ( which also features a Lucifer character who isnt as far as we know the same one) are seperate. Vertigo creation is or was made up of Presences universe and Lucifers universe. Lucifer never made the Presences universe he watched while the Presence went about making it, it was a lesson for him:

The IG and therefore the I Being has counterparts in different realities. It is not multiversal in nature and as far as we've seen it is not multiversal in power either.
