You need a crieteria for everything. No he is not taost. You can even use the Spiderman Vs Firelord rule to prove that Cap can beat Spidey.

Of course he'll say he can't, Spider-Man's not the kind of guy to go around proclaiming he's the best. Ask Black Panther or Cap if they can handle Spider-Man and chances are they'll say they can't either. You really just need to look at facts and use some logic

Dude, the results of that fight were inconclusive not to mention the other factors, like Spidey wasn't into the fight and that he's perpetually holding back. I know you think it was a nice win for Cap but even in close quarters Cap could not even hurt Spider-Man. Try again

one straight smack in the head or jaw (5 tons is not powerful oh yeah it is compared to 800lbs) its a quarter of spidey's strength thats enough to kill him and turn him into supersoldier paste
unless your suggesting cap is faster tha n spidey and spidey cant land a simple punch
it does not have to be the face it can be his ribs or heart or maybe a punch to the his leg /arm bone breaking them leaving him severly handicapped

Seriously you are a challanged individual, lets say Spiderman only lands a class 5 punch on Captain America. The force behind that punch would crush CA. It only takes one punch from Spiderman to do this, ONE.
