Some versions of Spiderman is 15 times as strong as Cap. That alone should determine this fight. But mix it with the fact that Spiderman has made gunmen miss him, how should Caps shield hit him, and what should keep Spiderman from grabbing the shield when he has grabbed bullets? Spiderman 10/10, theres really no hope for Cap in this fight, and those who says otherwise are fanboys

That doesnt prove anything. Taskmaster knows how to catch bullets. If you look at Caps feats with his shield, it indicates that his shield is more dangerous than bullets.

If anything saying 10/10 sounds like fanboy. In a blood lusted fight out of character no holding back, I believe Spidey wins. But even with that Cap will make it a tough fight.
Grabbing bullets please. Taskmaster has done that and even the Steel Serphent. Spiderman is faster but not to the point that he will speed-blitz any top A list fighter in marvel. Which has been demonstrated time and time again since there own speed feats of dodging/moving are pretty damn impressive in there own right.

Well Spiderman wins 7/10. I dont think he needs one good hit to win when Cap has taken multiple shots from people just as powerful or more powerful. Im not sure if I can bothered to go over the pints its been done a million times.

Yeah I would say its faster than a bullet, there are scans to prove it but people will just say its PIS. Cap doesnt even have to hit Spiderman with it, he can use it to get Spiderman were he wants, he did that in an Amazing Spiderman issue.
