Islam today in its practices and traditions is not different to Pre-Islamic pagan religion of Arabia! Muhammad brought NOTHING to the religion, apart from making up ONE God, which existed anyway alongside few more gods.

As I've said, the problem is with fundamentalism. People need to realize that there was a historical context to his actions. The average Muslim does not go around raping people because they understand this. Its not a flaw with Islam, its a flaw with fundamentalism.

Specer is HEAVILY crticised. And what are these "scholars" agreeing with? Of course he has to have some basis in reality, but he's not credible, he works for a non-credible organization.
Of course he's going to say SOME things that are correct, and I would agree with him on some points. Spencer said tha the reason radical Islam is so attractive is that it appeals "to many people who are disgusted with the current relativism and amorality of the Western world." Now I would agree with that, but Spencer also draws a hell of a lot of wrong conclusions and is in many ways a xenophobic fearmonger, as is his corporation.

Not at all, I've pm-er her repeatedly about her "arguements" In response she rarely presents counterpoints, she simply attacks me personally. We are all effing annoyed. I'm pissed too. No but there are other issues as well for example how you treat women and integrating into society. Islam does not encourage muslims to integrate because this is not what Mohammed did. The things that Mohammed did in the past rub off onto msulsims today.
