No it doesnt, Without an avatar the phoenix force is inert and cannot mount an offensive attack.
And Beam weapons from ships have severly injured it, Ion can do allot worse to it.

He makes an entorpy rift which erases the Avatar from existance.
Since without an Avatar the Force cannot mount an attack he blasts it with all his energy ethier killing it or injuring it to the poitn where it flees.

😕 WTF you have either misquoted or have just plain lost it. To call me a phoenix fanboy is absurd considering a few pages ago i was arguing Ion would win and i still stand by that belief. And no there isnt a phoenix Force in DC.

what if kyles willpower is lower than hal,what if hal is smarter than kyle,age gives wisdom and experience these effect the power as used by that said person,

You obviously don't know the full scope of the PF's powers. She held the whole universe in the palm of her hand, spliced it from other realties so it wouldn't get infected, and rewrote it. She contained a black hole in X-men Phoenix endsong, and stabilized the whole universe from coming apart during the phoenix saga and that's when she wasn't in full phoenix mode. She was still learning her powers at that time. She's the top notch of the PF. She wields the force like no other. Ion ain't touching her. She exists outside of time, space, and reality. I soooo beg to differ.
