Well, the LT is the multi-versal guardian, or judge. Are you saying that the LT is omnipresent just within the multi-verse...or within the omniverse as a whole?

The LT exists simultaneously within All the MultiverseS of the Omniverse:

Vangaard erases "redundant" Universes, or unnecessary Universes taking up space.

So, if he exists in ALL multiverses of the Omniverse...then, LT is completely Omniversal, eh...unless you are discounting pocket dimensions, etc..

I was just under the impression that only a Supreme Being could be completely omnipresent in such a sense.

I agree,

the LT is like the Supreme Being of Marvel in a way,

he speaks for TOAA and represents his power. (not fully ofcourse)

The LT may be the only true Omnipresent Entity depicted on panel.
