The "place" Kismet, is with in the Universe and apparently affects individuals rather than the Cosmos.

is it really outside his jurisdiction? after all, if he doesn't interfere, his universe will also end, no? as silly as the world was, it WAS part of the omniverse. damage to the omniverse would result in damage to IM's world as well -- eventually. all g's doing is eliminating that 'world' to ensure the other dimensions/worlds/universes etc . . . aren't affected.
i actually love that portrayal of galactus though -- seems like a TRULY heavy hitter. where are those scans from?
as far as cb having omniversal awareness -- perhaps this omniversal council has a higher role to play than even lt? role does not equate necessarily to power (though often it does) so while lt may be more powerful than the council guys, perhaps their sphere of influence extands beyond his? has there been interaction between lt and this omniversal council you've showed in the past? could lt stop britain with his omniversal weapons?

By Omniverse, Galactus is referring to the same group of realms that are referred to in the Merlin/Roma storylines. He means all the alternate timelines, pocket dimensions, etc., related to 616.
He does not mean that Impossible Man's Planet is going to destroy all Universes, in all Multiverses, in the entire Omniverse.
There is no evidence for it.
