IB has no actual panel feats what so ever, and I personally belive that it would be beyond a ture Beyonder, but beneath the Living Tribunal.

but they were inconsequential because they were the Infinity Being,
because the IB was everything.

It didn't have to die to create, it had created life-forms already, and King Kandy reminded me, Mephisto and a host of demons existed in the Previous Universe,
but,
they were all the Infinity Being, and the Infinity Being, was them.
This is why the IB felt lonely, because everything that was, was him.
He had no peers, nothing that was, was apart from him.
So the Infinity Being died, inorder to create a Reality APART from itself, this is why the IB imbued the GEms with it's power and consciousness, to experience this New Reality that it was finally not a part of.

I'm not sure about making Classic Beyonder an editor,
I rather stick to what he did on panel.
Which are incredible feats.
If we include Pre-retcon characters,
the story has to abide by the established Marvel Cosmology.
But that hasn't been decided yet, whether or not we'll be using the Pre-era.

I know Beyonder was not able to command both territories at once.
But he controlled both Realities, only not simultaneously.
Only difference is that he was the embodiment of the Beyond Realm,
while in the Multiverse, he dictated Reality according to his whim.

Beyonder first created a Universe that spanned ALL the Sapce outside the Multiverse, it continued to expand into a Multiverse, how much bigger this was is unimaginable.
The Universe he created alone was like an Ocean,
while the Multiverse was like a drop of Water in comparison.

Alex Summers a.k.a. Havok becomes the Nexus of ALL Realities in the Omniverse:

The series has been kept in continuity for a while and it took the story Years to reach this climatic finality.
Back in 1999, Havok was realizing his Wife Madelyn had been over taken by the Goblin Queen:

Havok thought he destroyed the Nexus of all Realities, and Strange danced around the notion, that's because Strange wanted to keep it a secret from Alex and the rest, to essentially protect him, from others that might try to usurp his power that lays latent within him.
Several Years later it ties into this, like I posted earlier.
Strange explaining that moment back in 1999 when Havok thought he destroyed the Nexus, but in fact, the Nexus transported itself into Havok's body:
btw. the Beyonder, Strange, the Ancient One, Reed Richards, Dracula and the Goblin Queen all seemed to agree on Havok and his power.
