From these scans, how would you match the ALE entity up against Marvel's top dogs. Would you say that the ALE is beyond the LT?
Alot of DC heads don't like to accept that as a canon depiction of the ALE,
but I think it's just amazing, that ALE is a beast. A beast!
This ALE is obviously far beyond Universal, there's one catch though,
the beast can't leave it's Realm, if it does ... it dies.
I guess a story can always be conjoured up to get this ALE to become a threat again
but it was disconnected from the rest of the Universes, so I don't see how.
Within it's Realm though, it would take considerable power to defeat that thing,
a Multiversal power at the very least .. perhaps more.

The 4 Aspects were the main part of the story.
They were relatively weak,
they took host bodies (one each) and were defeated by heroes.
Superman and Orion (actually Superman alone) defeated one Aspect
that took the body of a giant robot.
Starfire and Lightray defeated an Aspect that took the body of protoplasmic slime.
Batman and Forager defeated an Aspect that took the Body of an Apokolips 10' grunt
that was trapped on Earth.
John Stewart (GL) and Martian Manhunter lost to the Aspect they were sent to battle,
because of GL's arrogance.
The 3 Aspects that were defeated, were sucked into a gizmo trap Darkseid invented, destroyed.
The Aspect that defeated GL and MM, destroyed itself and the Star System
from which the Planet it was on survived. It did this with a Doomsday Bomb it built.
Then there's the left over piece of pure anti-life Darkseid managed to salvage,
it can't be that much of a big deal if much bigger Aspects were defeated by heroes.
