I havent included the Infinites or the Beyonders because theres not enough conclusive information on them. The Beyonders creating the Cubes doesnt automatically make them more powerful than the cubes. Scientists and engineers make warplanes and weapons of mass destruction.

Wanda as stated on panel and as far as was illustrated only ever performed global alteraions to reality. Yes these alterations spun out of control and gave birth to things such as the chaos wave and cracks in reality walls however they all came as a side effect and not something she did outright with a display of power.

Jaspers cannot take over a universe and shape it to his will just like that. He starts off with a much smaller warp and then this expands over time, from citywide, to planetary and beyond. Unlike truly universal level characters who have shown the ability to spread their influence universe wide from the offset, Jaspers warp must gradually build up power. Just because thsi slowly growing warp can eventually go beyond universal and allegedly multiversal and beyond, that doesnt mean that Jaspers is a multiversal or omniversal power, but instead a potential multiversal/omniversal threat. Thats different. Thanos is a universal threat potentially. Thanos is not a universal power.

Thats my basic take. Yes i know i've missed loads of people out, but i'll build upon this and eventually present this in my own thread. 🙂

The chaos wave is NOT a direct application of Wandas power, as stated by Roma herself it was the RESULT of a direct application of Wandas power. Wandas actions proved to be a catalyst for it.
