Thank you, can you give me scripture to support that?
I don't know, can you give usagi_yimbo (and me, by extension) the scripture that supports what you said earlier? I've honestly never investigated the belief because it doesn't seem to matter that much. It might stem from the idea that angels--the good ones--have perfect obedience to God and desire no other thing but to serve Him.
Psalm 103:20
"Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure."
Luke 7:7-8
"He was not far from the house when the centurion sent friends to say to him: "Lord, don't trouble yourself, for I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. That is why I did not even consider myself worthy to come to you. But say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and that one, 'Come,' and he comes. I say to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it."
[The centurion indirectly refers to the angels under God's command.]
