Mors returns fire with the machine pistol while moving behind some rooftop cover.

Would it be possible to try and pull the guys out of the car or something?

Helios will pull out his Desert Eagle and fire on the nearest maintenance man. KOTW, BT (unless that is the one Balder is firing at, in that case, the next closest)

Melis will turn to face the attacker, startled and moving to Burn's aid.

Literally yes, practically, them firing at you as you do so makes it tricky.

Klez fires on another Maintenance men, cartwheeling to the side and letting his shots loose when he's upside-down.

What're the surroundings of the Neanderthal exhibit? Stuff I can run on and jump off of and so on.

If you break through the glass, there is a lot of cover (albeit slight) in the various exhibits, which are staged recreations of Neanderthal life.
