Thanos will have a good fight on his hands. Superman is more a beast. Look what he does when he's holding back. Hell when he doesn't hold back, he does almost skyfather type stuff. Thanos wins due to molecular conversion or some other energy trick. if this were hand to hand, I'd say Superman would get at least 4 wins.

It was Classic Thor, who have some incredible feats under the belt. However, it was one of the first incarnation of Thanos, before some upgrades and big major feats, like outsmarting Marvel Universe.
Superman get teared appart. And saying that Surfer haven't the power or the durability to keep up with Sups is plainly ridiculous too.

The Omega fight comes to mind. Champion also comes to mind. He has shields and has used them. PERIOD. I don't know why your arguing this point. This isn't a h2h only affair and thus THanos should win 10/10. I na pure h2h affair I still see Thanos taking most if not all of them. I might give Supes one victory based on Supes speed and striking power. However, even then I just don't think it would be enough as Thanos has ways to deal with speed and has done so in the past. In the end, imo Thanos hits too hard, too durable, too strong for Supes to take him. In a comic book of course, Thanos destroys supes and the JLA, only to have Supes beat him one v one to end the threat.. comic over.
