Supes says in the scan that blue suns affect his powers differently, were has it been established that his physical powers are identicle and all he gains is "Superman Vision"? I know it's not the most reliable source but Wiki also notes that his physical powers are amped under a blue sun so evidently something somewhere seems to indicate a boost to his physical abilities.

Compared to his counterpart yes. It's always been noted that Bizzaro versions can't be more powerful than their counter parts without a brain amp.

He doesn't have to be "more powerful", if he's anywhere near the original there's no way Supes's normal strength should be able to put him down like Pa did.

Stronger maybe but more powerful no. Even recently Synnar said he COULD be more powerful if he were smarter and alas we do have a smart Bizzaro again.

It's never been proven he is stronger 😬. His durability isn't Superman level for sure.
