Superman, obviously has greater strength feats than Thor. Superman obviously hits harder than Thanos and faster, Thanos if he used his esoteric powers would win. Without them he is toast.

No, I don't even think he's close to Thanos. I think Superman as shown on panel is a peer to Thor. Thanos can take on Thor and friends without much trouble if any whereas Superman was soundly defeated after barely eeking out a victory over Thor.

He didn't really he kind of bull rushed them. It wasn't a prolonged fight. Thanos hardly ever has those.
Thanos wasn't scared of Hulk, look what Thanos did to the Champion of the Universe he would have done worse too Hulk, he tooled him not in brute strength but intelligence and cunning!
Superman and Thor are peers in strength when Thor goes into warrior madness which has been stated in comics his strength increase by a factor of ten, and that's fact!
Thanos is stronger than both Thor and Superman, out those two Thor would have a better chance at beating Thanos than Superman, Thor is way more versatile than Superman and can pull tricks out of his a$$ if need be, where Superman has HV, ice breath umm sorry that sh** ain't working on Thanos!
If Thanos wanted too he can encase Superman in pure force which Superman can't break out of, or he can steal Superman lifeforce on a whim. Unless Superman goes super saiyan on Thanos this fight is over before it begins and that still wouldn't help Superman.
