According to the Essential Guide to the Force, powerful Jedi are capable of removing one's ability to use the Force. If that is the case, given the resources and knowledge at the feet of Master Yoda and the others, it's very likely that they could remove Nihilus's ability to "eat them."
EDIT: Whoa, this is against the whole Order? Nihilus is owned. Windu takes Sion into custody and the Order uses him as a training dummy for the next thousand years.

Tobin said it was his fleet so it was his fleet.
And the loading screen says only the Ravager. None of the other interdictor ships are damaged. Canderous only mentions the Ravager was from Malachor.
Direct quote from the loading screen
The ravager was hauled from the gravity well at Malachor V by its new master. He used it to escape imprisonment on Malachor V
Notice what is highlighted in bold. He escaped Malachor(because he was stuck there arguably after the battle) on the Ravager. If the fleet was from Malachor it would be damaged since according Tobin who wasn't present for the feat implies he got both at the same time. Yet after the MSG went off the interdictor ships should be damaged like the Ravager yet they look liked brand spanking new.The idea that a fleet of interdictor ships aren't damaged by the MSG is absolutely ridiculous.

Oh, well cool. Fallible third parties who weren't present for the aforementioned feat get to dictate what happened? Well, I say it wasn't Nihilus's fleet, so it wasn't his fleet. See? I can do it too.
Wait. Shit. I said fallible, didn't I? Replace my name with Elite Hunter. 😄

It's not like that's his only option, though. He pulled his 1,200 meter long and badly damaged battleship (and, perhaps, the rest of his fleet) from a gravity well. Force grip like that must be massively powerful - and could easily be manipulated into Force Crush.

Your first point is illogical. Tobin's statement and the loading screen do not contradict each other.
For instance, if I say "Anakin Skywalker boraded the Invisible Hand to save the Chancellor" and then someone else says "Obi-Wan and Anakin boarded the Invisible Hand to save the Chancellor" are these two statements at odds?
No. One just mentions Obi-Wan and the other doesn't.
Tobin mentions the Ravager and a fleet. The loading screen only mentions the Ravager.
As for why the other ships didn't look beat up...didn't Tobin and Onderron give him some stuff?
And Gideon, if a character is not contradicted, there's no reason to doubt that character's statement. if Tobin said Nihilus could shoot Death Star blasts from his eyes, that would be contradicted by other things. However the quote about the Ravager is reasonable enough.
