Well I don't think one should quickly condemn an individual based on their beliefs, but I do think it's okay to make judgements about an individual's character based on these beliefs.
For example, I doubt too many individuals on this board would classify pedophilia as a rational, moral, or acceptable belief system. Now if someone were to proudly label themselves a pedophile, then most of us with a bit of common sense...would not want our children to be around them.
So am I stating that an athiest has the same rationale as a pedophile? Of course not. However, I have found that many who devoutly ascribe to atheism are not very innovative thinkers. Why is this? Because they completely disregard the existence of the spiritual and supernatural world around them.

Well I never stated that it did. But discarding all semantics and legalities for the moment, how many pedophiles do you know of who haven't molested children?

I don't currently know any pedophiles or child molesters. I have read studies on child molestation prevention. You are making assumptions without first getting information. I would say that is typical of most of your arguments.
