yes and no. if he waste to much energy he no longer amped. Also he keeps him self amped when he think there may be trouble. When sleep or not in a possiable dangerous location then he remains at his normal.

The Flash is over rated, but I can see why he's there for his potential and some of his feats reasonably put him there. has Bart Allen shown anything to put him on herald level? He too, along with Drax should be lower I think. You guys have told me Apollo is over rated and is sub-herald, but fine enough. ABsorbing mna has had some impressive feats, but he got handed to by Sentry, he should also be lower. I'll have more complaints for later 😛
