I've been in too many to count, so I'll share one that I remember off the bat porque it stands out to me.
8 years ago, I had just gotten out of the military and was staying in Las Cruces, New Mexico with mi cousin Esteban. One weekend after work we went to a bar to knock down a few and shoot some pool. Well anyways, we were playing doubles 8-ball against these two bikers. About halfway through the game, they got distracted by a friend of theirs and they chatted for a little bit, so me and my cousin just chilled. Then one of them accused me of cheating by putting a ball down. I didn't and I told him so, but he continued calling me a cheater, lowdown, and few other colorful coice words. I got pissed, he got in my face, and I was like "Whats up ese! You wanna throw it down?". He shoved me, I hooked him, his buddy jumped in, mi cousin jumped in, and before you knew it, there was a brawl, ey. Well, needless to say, we all got thrown in a pattywagon and taken down to the station, and stayed the night in the slammer. I plead "No contest" to my charges (disorderly conduct, drunk and disorderly) and ended up having to pay the court in fines and do community service. I had past priors, pero in this instance I acted in self-defense, so that was mitigating to my case.

Yeah, have been in a few. But only when they were practically unavoidable, or I felt particularly passionate about something, such as one of my friends being pushed around or something. But yeah, lost a few won a few, not really a fan of them though.

Any interesting stories?
I've only been in one sort of fight last year. Two kids, about my age(15) were fighting each other(I was friends with both) I didn'y know what to do so I got in the middle, I took a few hits, and pushed both to the ground and told them to "knock it the **** off", Funny thing is, their like best friends now.

Ummm.. well there was one time, when me and my friend had an on going feud with about 10 lads. They were all a group of friends as well. Well one day I threw a drink over one, and suddenly all of them appeared, so it was just me and my friend against 10 lads. So we basically ran, I ended up being surrounded by about four, getting kicked in the stomach and smacked in the face etc. In the end I'd had enough, so I picked up a rock and smacked the lad who was kicking me, round the face with it. Ended up getting a written warning from the police for Actual Bodily Harm, even though I said it was self defense. But that's basically the most eventful one I've been in.

I've had my share of fist fights, I've kicked ass and had my ass kicked. One fist fight stands out, though. When I was 16, I was in class and I overheard "I bet you won't slap the big dude.". And before I could figure out who was the "Big dude", I found myself being slapped.So, we fought in class, I had long hair at the time so the little ***** grabbed my hair, I ducked under, and honestly not meaning to, came up under his chin with my head hitting him hard as hell. He was knocked the **** out with a broken jaw.
The good part was I kicked his ass, the bad part was I accidentally hit a pregnant girl.

heh. My favorite part of that story was the "before I could figure out who the 'big dude' was, I found mysel being slapped," part. I'm glad you knocked that f***er out. Too bad about the pregnant chick though. Maybe she should have been smart enough to get out of the way. I mean she was pregnant, and I see pregnant woman going out for jogs.
