That may explain the cosmic armour we see, in the first pages of Superman Beyond. Oh well, I've got no problem with Deus Ex ma-china's when used against "Deus's". At least its an explained Deus ex machina. It also allows Morison to amp up D.S.'s power levels and still make him defeat able. Id hate to have a Infinity Gauntlet scenario, where the final battle amounts to 1 Dimensional Uber Cosmic characters, who aren't exactly what one would call heroic, fighting the lead all power bad guy.

I read this issue. I really hope that this isn't the end of DS. I mean come on all this hyping about how powerful he is and he gets taken out by a radion bullet. I know its a new god's weakness but come on. And I wonder if he is really dead. I mean with the miracle machine can't they just bring him back?
