Actually I'm a bit glad that neither K' nor Dante made nothing too uber in their respective anime appearances. Their fandoms non't need dumb rabid addition.

Thank you. Some people here make it seem like all three flame fighters are better than Terry. Though there is a problem if you think Terry can defeat either one of them.
As for the anime, I like it.... though I even aided BC in telling other Terry fans that the MP was NOT canon. At least it had a story.

@Lightness...Iori's only fight with Kyo was in KoF96 and possibly in KoF97. Kof96 kyo managed to draw. Kof97 iori went riot before anything could happen. that is as far as tournaments go. KoF95 iori didn't fight him because he wanted to see if he's worth his time.
if you wanna talk otherwise, then there is mentally upset kyo (iori won), KoFXI (iori won again being orochi, *cough* weaker *cough*) and in KoF:Zillion where Iori won again but kyo put up the whole "my mind is up my @$$" bull again so Iori left him.
and for the record, Iori toys around with kyo because he wants to dominate his mind and intimidate him (if you've seen Buffy the Vampire slayer or Angel, think Angelus). that was there evne in the KoF Zillion video launched by SNK where Iori and Kyo are fighting and when the video starts, Iori is standing over a badly beaten Kyo.....but instead of finishing him off he winds up gloating long enough for Kyo to strike back.

Uh, the Zillion comics are not canon. They're not as canon as the KoF2001 comics where Kyo got his ass handed to him by Mai. (granted it wasn't really him)

it didn't look like he was toying with him to me, he just got hit with a real good shot while he was gaining some advantage. kyo went looking for iori's in his mi2 ending eventhough that wasn't canon, it's true to his character. they were both arrogant there.
you're the only one that thinks iori with his orochi power activated is weaker. but i guess there's no way of arguing that since you've got your mind made up on that

Sado, I noticed that you STILL havn't been able to rebutt my own point about R.Iori's vast superiority in 97 at all, so until you can account for the power difference, it's still YOU that must offer a rebuttal. At least to me.

-Iori actually pwned Orochi Yashiro who is far stronger than Goenitz
-Iori also neutralized the soure of their powers, Orochi.
-not to mention that Iori is also always shown as a boss character. in official arts of hte whole cast, he's always standing next to the bosses, he came around as a single entry in KoF97 etc.

if you're tlaking about Zillion...well for f--k's sake, the damn video started with a cocky iori laughing at the wounded kyo kneeling on the ground. not only was kyo panting and on the ground but iori's breathing was levelled. it was a total dominance. then iori got cocky kept on gloating long enough for Kyo to retalliate. even then, iori was not even winded.
so no, you're wrong.
and finally, i don't recall saying Iori will curbstomp kyo's @$$ either. kyo was putting up a fight against Goenitz and even went so far as to take down the orochi trio with help. and not to mention putting out Orochi for the count......so why can't he put up a fight against Iori? please notice that the fights are never shown complete and neither do they finish properly. one thing that remains constant though, is that Iori has a steady lead on blows and doesn't seem to be in a hurry to kill kyo...he wants to make him suffer, gloating and taunting all the while.
