Red sunlight - it has never been shown to be effective on Borg.
Transmutation - Hasn't been shown effective, and since Borg has his own transmutation powers...there is nothing to prove it would work on him or the fortress.
Now, energy absorption, forcefields, z-gas, plain ol' cyanide, phantom zone, battlefield control, multiple bodies, linking to the entire earth for more weaponry..etc.
All proven things that work on Surfer. Nothing made up. Unless you can show SS overcoming ALL tech (which he hasn't done by a longshot) then the burden of proof is on SS.
And you're wagering SS doing this vs automated offense and defense systems, henshaw in multiple bodies, cutting off cosmic radiation, and his own weaknesses being exploited.

Using Darkseid as an example to prove that Surfer can transmute Henshaw is a bad idea, Goober. And btw, New Gods tech (and I believe B-13 and regular Brainiac) is immune to transmutation. So if Supes has any lying around, Henshaw is going to take advantage of it. Hell, even just a motherbox would equal lights out for Surfer.
