I can accept that...
hell the incident in which wolverine murdered 200 super villains in one sitting wasn't without plot devices aiding him... but that doesn't change the fact that you have wolvie being beaten by plot device here..

Whatever lets you sleep easy..........from my point of view at least...........you expect everyone to go toe to toe with wolverine to prove the win and I am of the mind to win a fight you use whatever is at your dispossal.........you call it plot device ok fine its plot device for the win with Namor..........just for peace of mind is it still plot device if they fight in the water..........
funny discussion. i both agree with and disagree with jinzin. i disagree with his definition of plot devices. i think xmarksthespot did (as usual, x! 😉 ) of summing that up. but i also agree people are sort of changing the rules. i mentioned throwing in the ocean or river a long time ago. i think it's sort of a given namor could basically bury him under a building or a semi or a garbage truck, whatever, but we're trying to determine if namor can take him straight up 1on1, sans everything but what they bring to any dance. wolvies claws/skill/senses/healing v namors's speed/strength/skill/flight/invulnerability.
even jin agrees namor wins with the environment at his disposal. but without benefit of said material, i think it's a tough fight for the prince for the reasons i stated earlier.

see that's just it though.. I don't expect that namor should or would h2h logan cause it's abad idea... in character.. he would use plot devices to win.. hell in character the two times they've fought he HAS used a plot device.. but that doesn't change the fact that he'd be winning with a plot device...
like I said, it defeats the purpose of a 1on1 fight...

Yeah and I KNOW that at this point in Marvel so many people dodge lasers its a moot point........however that said Even if Namor is only what class 75 ton? Wolverine is still only 300 lbs!!!!!! Namor could just fwack him a FAR greater distance then your spiderman picture and that should wreck wolverine seeing as Namor can do that all day long and Wolverine has to run back to him.......
