Superman's experience plays a HUGE factor in determining who's a better MA, this is why he's a better martial artist then Val Armorr, who only has about 19 years of combat experience.
IMO Goku's a unintelligent fighter, despite being called a genius on multiple occasions by multiple fighters.

Also, in the Infinite Crisis comic series, Superman (Kal-el) fought with an interdivisional version of himself (Kal-L). The both of them realized that they had to let loose with everything they had in order to prevail against the other, which they did. The blows that they inflicted on each other (not actually hitting the planet surface directly) met with such force that the shockwaves they produced not only tore the planet they were fighting on/near to shreds (in fact, I think they may have atomized it by the end, I can't quite remember), but actually created tears through time and space, causing events from both Supermen’s past and the future to manifest before other hero/villain groups throughout the galaxy.
sure goku can destoy planets with beam attacks but superman created rears through time and space just by fighting an interdivisional version of himself.

Frieza took several hours to fly just to another place on the surface of planet Namek (when he was rushing there at maximum speed). In fact he even took so long to fly to a place only a few km away that the characters that were already there had time to have a whole conversation before he arrived.
That's beside the point, anyway, since Burter knew he wasn't the fastest in the universe when he said that.
Goku's IT is teleportation, not speed.

This is where I get that Goku can EASILY survive a planet destroying blast.

Except that blast didn't even damage the planet at all. Mr. Satan was only a few kms away and he wasn't even harmed.

I CAN'T promise a link to this, but if you Google "50 times super sayain" or similar words (play around with words) you'll se many sites using this as their basis for their fanmade calculations on power lvl's. It is't because they have made it up, but rather because they took this interview as a basis for their words.
All of these claimed interviews have never been substantiated as genuine
