2. also, show me if gouki ever used an lightspeed moves in canon stories!

gouki said it was the ultimate technique in SF3..and IIRC he said something along the lines of perfecting the ultimate technique or something. and like i said, he's had the move since before SF3.

what does that mean? cloud goes on his way to beat Sefagroth twice in one-on-one tournament when Seph is supposed to be like THE swordsman in his unniverse. as opposed to gouki who either got pwned by anyone who was actually in his league (gen, gouken) or managed a stalemate (oro). and of course, we can't forget the ubercheapshot that he did to Bison either.
adding to that is his power, over all movement speed and the fact that the first tsurugi is not just some regular sword. try smacking down bahamut with one powerful slash if the next time you feel like underrating cloud so badly.

How do you know how long it took him? 3,000 leagues? Do you know how big leagues are? He didn't even come close to jumping 0.1 of a league..

as far as in-game goes, then yeah probably. i'm not too sure if it is actually instantaneous. i mean, most of the moves ingame have those over the top names but aren't exactly that. besides, if his ultimate technique like kongoukokuretsuzan takes a while, i doubt his strongest move to date would not take as long.
i'll look around. i'm sure he did.

3. Considering our only representation of it is in-game, aside from a statement that it is a teleport and a variation of the Kongoukuretsuzan, we must assume it functions how it does in-game. Saying it takes longer is speculation.

No he never carried the submarine... but slice kicked it in half while dragging it to the surface in under 30 seconds FROM the ocean floor.
I'm willing to bet that even if it's not 3000 LEAGUES, 3,000 meters is still 3 kilometers fropm ocean floor to ocean surface.
To cover that kind of distance in 30 seconds, UNDERWATER is an unbeleivable feat, nevermind cutting in 2 a huge assed submarine, and sinking a nearby research sub and ship...
all the while not suffering from depressurisation, or the benz.
This feat alone demonstrates 4 very important thngs. Power. Speed. Control. Accuracy.

The problem is, you're not really paying enough attention to it.. if you actually watch it, it says this is deep sea 3000 (the name of the submarine) then it says 150 metres, no it doesnt say 3000 leagues, no it doesn't say 3000 metres.
Can you show me where in that video it shows Gouki lifting the submarine? Because when I watch it, it shows him clearly standing ON of the submarine.
And the only feat here is destroying the SHIP, it doesn't show what happens to the submarine at all.
Jumping high underwater is not a feat because well.. anyone can jump high underwater lmao, think about it.
