Well when Jason Todd told Joker he wasn't that crazy it wasn't upset because he was Jason Todd it was because it was true.

It was T.Priestys totalaterian (sp?) example, if it's within Jokers ability to do something like that, than the next logical step would be, How would his REAL Nemesis 'Batman' deal with it, and then just reverse the roles with Punisher - it doesnt have to necaserrily be THAT situation, but the same logic applies to ANY catastrophic event the Joker may set up - What would Batman do, and can Punisher do it aswell?, the difference being that Joker would show his face to Bats and get a slap on the wrist, and if he showed his face to Frank..well...you know what would happen.
