USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE IV (RENEGADES)- Battlefield

Started by Craft224 pages

Since there are multiple factions we may be able to try both ways.

damn, internet ****ed up when I posted.

in short: the Jedi will go on holiday to that planet, the Renegades will go there anyway.
I hope the other Jedi in this group won't go around mind tricking people the entire time or use force when peaceful solutions are still present. (Afterall, if someone asks what we are doing: we're on holiday)

if we find a danger against the republic, we can intervene without problem (or so is my understanding), if we find something against planets that are not in the republic, we get the official government involved. Right?

That would be consistent with the Jedi ethic, yes.

but afterwards we DO get to visit the twi'lek girls, right?

Hey guys... not sure whats hapening but I'm going to try and be on more often... Ush... sorry to disappoint but I've just been so busy. I need to get a cheap headset for my PS3 too so its hectic. Umm, wheres Denzral? I'll pick up from there, I'll also need a heads up.

Is it that hard to back read? The last time you posted was only 2 pages ago.

I'm gonna have to agree with Phucked. It's easier on all of us if you just read back.

So anyway is there anything else that needs done? We need a plan or just fly in there and see what goes down?

I cannot think of anything else that essentially needs to be done, no. I think you are all mentally prepped. It looks like the start of school has intefered with the posting ability of some, so that may be why we are waiting around.

In general, though, are we happy to head off? Co-ordinates are all locked in.

yeah... during the week will be a bit more challenging for me, but I'll do my best

"Lets lock our sabers, and head for the skies."

If no one has anything else to add I'm happy to head off, got the next 3 days free-ish.

Well, the good news is this. Those Trade Federation battleships are converted cargo vessels. They've done well in simply filling them full of hardware, but they are dreadfully inefficient. Their hyperspace speed is very slow, annd none of the ancilliary craft have their own hyperspace capacity; they all have to launch from the main ships.

Your much smaller and faster craft ought to be able to get there first.

A few things I forgot to ask; are these the same sort of ships from Episode 1 and how do we know there are multiple ships? May have missed something but I thought there was only one on Rekiarius.

Also, do we have a rough time frame on how far ahead we are, days, hours, minutes?

Xeth can attest to multiple launches. They are the ones from Episode One, yes.

Unfortunately that will have to be hazy, especially with their lead on you. You would put it in hours.

Alright, so we have a few hours to alert these guys of an invasion. I doubt they're aware of the Naboo incident so it might make it harder, then again, they might be use to things like pirate raids. One of the few things worth hitting on the Rim, eh?

Biggest issue will be getting them to work together I'd say. I wonder who or how many will try hail us when we reach the system...

Vlad's ready to go.

How will we know which place on the planet is the Techno Union located in, thought?

That's not actually an issue, they won't be there yet.

It would be nice to figure out where they plan to land their forces, we should look into that, maybe the people of Alura have a sensor grid or something.

That is probably something we can work on when we get there!

Xeth gives the final order to leave Rekiarius and regroup on Alura.

"Time to get a move on!" Xeth says. "We have a planet to save."

Aluran Space

Your ships blast out of hyperspace in the vicinity of Alura, which is a large and faintly grey-ish planet, when seen from a distance.

First things first then- there is no sign of a battle fleet or any fighting on the planet.

Second thing though- now here is something impressive. Alura has a defence shield up- and it covers the entire planet.
