STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- Decay

The bar is against the back wall, with an arrangements of shadowy booths, overhead lamps that create a small pool of pale light. It occurs to you that the variety of species is minimal in here; most of the patrons are dark-skinned humans. You stand out from the norm and so are noticed as you come in.

Are there any people that standn out of the crowd specifically?

Hmm, either way really. By particularly oddly looking at me...or not looking at me at all. Whispering to their friends. Sitting all alone. Maybe some sort of force stuff too. Anything at all which stands out.

If not, I will just go to the barkeeper again 😛

I do indeed. I'd like to use that then.

Empathy reveals that there is a lot of curiosity being directed at the man with lighter skin dressed in Jedi robes. There is also a wave of hostility washing over you, but you sense... hope?

The source of the emotion of hope is a group of men gathered in a booth in the right corner. They are discussing amongst themselves in hushed voices, glancing up at you as if to make sure you are still there.

I'd like to walk over to them and say "Hello, my name is Con Gordo, I feel we might be of assistance to each other".

They look at you, unsure.

"What do you mean, stranger?" one of them speaks up.

"You seem like you would need help. And I need to fing a guy on this planet. Maybe we can find a way to help each other out"

"I don't know what you're talking about," he says. "Why do I need help?"

"Well, you would probably know that better. But either way, I need help, I am looking for a man...Sparnik...I think people know of him here. Do you know how I could find him?

I'd like to say that to them, not so that the whole bar hears, if possible.

The man grabs you and pulls you into the booth.

"Shut up!" he says, hushed. "Don't speak that name here!"

"Ok, ok...well, I need to find...that guy, I don't actually know anything about him," Con says in as quiet a tone as possible. "So, can you help me?"

"Why do you want to find him?" he asks. "Be honest with us, pale man."

"I am looking for two men that he supposedly employs. And he is my only lead as of now".

"Who are these men?"

"They are thieves. Brothers I believe. But, hey, can you help me find the guy or are you just going to interrogate me?"

"We cannot be too cautious in this time of chaos," he says.

"Why do you seek these men?" another inquires.

Can I use Empathy on the group or sense of the one that interrogated me earlier to find out how they feel about Sparnik and how they feel towards me?
