STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- Decay

As Sparnik is not present, you cannot sense how they feel towards him. But toward you, they are unsure and cautious. They do not want to give away anything that could get them in trouble if you were not being genuine with them.

Ah okay, I will tell them then.

"These men stole something I was assigned to guard, someone close to me got wounded in the process, now I want to reacquire the item, to fulfill my mission. And so far I only have this one hint."

The men look at each other.

"We should not speak of this here," the original man says. "Come with us, pale stranger."

As the group of men you are with makes to leave, all eyes are pulled away from their drinks to glare at the group. You can feel contempt and curiosity from every man in this room being directed at yourself and these men. Your new friends do not need Jedi senses to know this, and so quickly make their way outside.

Once outside, they turn briskly into the street.

"You are a Jedi, yes?" the first one asks.

"Yes, but I am here on my own. Where are we going?"

"Somewhere safe."

A short ways down the street, a low-quality landspeeder is parked. It has been modified from its original model, with blast-dampening plates and extra thrusters added. Two of the men hoists a mountable blaster cannon out of the storage trunk and latches it onto the rear of the speeder while the others clamber in.

"Get in," the first man says.

I will take a seat inside th Speeder. Do I feel any danger?

No, they mean you no harm. You have not given them reason to want to.

Once they are set, the landspeeder roars to life and drives down the streets of this Vono'k city. After dodging civilians and other speeders in the hectic traffic, they break out of the city and begin driving into the wilderness around it using a main road that travels through the mountainous terrain.

Can you give me more information about the guys I am with?

They are four native Vono'k men, dark-skinned and wearing simple clothes. A quick Observation check means you can see that they are armed with blaster pistols. They do not speak much, and if they do they speak in Vono'k, which you understand. But all they do is ask each other directions once the landspeeder leaves the main road.

I will ask them why I shouldn't mention the name in the bar.

"Sparnik is the most wanted man on Vono'k," he says. "As the former Commander of Vono'k's armed forces, he is dangerous to the anarchists."

And what is he to you?

"Our leader," he says. "We collect information of anarchist movements and recruit others to our cause."

One of the men has drawn his pistol and it is trained on you, but you sense no danger.

"A necessary precaution... Con, was it?"

"If you feel safer with it, I do not mind. And yes, my name is Con. So you are loyalists, then?"

"Yes. We understand that people need direction in order to live happily. Not this anarchy that has overrun our world."

"Order is important for a society to work. Will you tell me more about your leader?"

"His fearless and noble. His wisdom makes warfare seem like an art form, using his charisma to mold battles like sculptures. It was he that unified the resistance and initiated guerilla warfare upon the anarchists. They hunt him vigorously, but he is elusive."

Do I know anything specific about the conflict and the leader and the Republic's view on it, with Savoir Faire maybe?

"He sounds like a great leader. I hope he can help me in my search"

Vono'k is not a Republic world. While many in the Senate are sympathetic to the plight caused by the anarchist movement, they are not touching the issue. Hence why members of the Order will not be able to follow you here.

What do I know about the government before the rebellion?
