Having infinite Chakra lets naruto create tons of shadow clones. Having tons of shadow clones lets Naruto learn moves faster.
He has done that TWICE. Once for using Wind chakra with Rasengan, again with Sage Mode.
Keeping up with stated genius Sasuke on climbing trees, learning to walk on water(with his chakra still fvcked up by Orochimaru mind you), learning the Rasengan so quickly, and learning Shadow Clones in a day.
Hell, one thing you ignore is that when it comes to learning new techniques, Naruto's nigh-infinite chakra actually INHIBITS him.
As stated by Ebisu, Naruto's chakra control SUCKS, because of its size.
Yet he got past that handicap to learn to walk on trees, walk on water(with his chakra extra fvcked), and learn Rasengan.
Yeah, Naruto is bar-none one of the most ingenious ninjas there are.

We've seen just how great of a natural advantage a Biju is, the two greatest warriors of Kumogakure dominated all opponents with nothing but Biju power, so did Gaara who used his Biju gifted abilities to crush all competition. Kirabi with nothing but his Biju power decimated Sasuke (who you said had a greater natural advantage) and the two-tails gave a team of Akatsuki trouble. Four tails was nearly even with Kisame, we've seen Gaara and Kirabi, hell it's only Naruto who's Biju control fails. If he were a genius he would have maximized his use of his natural advantage by now and would be the strongest character in the series by far.

Sakura is > Sasuke and Naruto when it comes to chakra control. But Naruto is also the worst at chakra control and was able to learn it just as fast as the 'genius' Sasuke was though he's suppose to be the worst at doing anything.
Naruto's demon is sealed in a completely different way than anybody elses can be. It's also not like Naruto can force Kyuubi to do what he wants, and he can't use Kyuubi's full power without Kyuubi taking his body over, and killing him.
Him having infinite chakra, not controlling his demon, or bad chakra control has nothing to do with his ability to learn moves fast anyway.

If Naruto was a genius, he would be able to at least make decent use of his Chakra like all the other Jinchiruki. I hope Kirabi trains him or something because I can't bear seeing him squandering his natural resources any longer.
Not really. He can only take so much before is taken over by Kyuubi. And kyuubi isn't exactly the friendliest of demons. Nor does he like Naruto or sit and chatter with him like 8-tails does with Killer Bee. Naruto and Kyuubi becoming like 8-tails and Killer Bee would just seem off if you ask me. Also his chakra control is bad. That's why he can't make as good use out of it. But even Sasuke who is considered a genius doesn't have the best chakra control just average. Chakra control doesn't make somebody a genius or Sakura would be one.

He has a natural advantage, which is a temporary physical stats boost and a large reserve of chakra. Facts:
Bijuu does not grant the user the ability to predict attacks and essentially nullify all forms of Taijutsu.
Bijuu does not grant the user the ability to perceive things in special ways.
Bijuu does not allow the user the ability to see a technique once, and it can be copied and used the next day.
The Bijuu does not grant the user itself any one attack that is more powerful than 99% of all the other jutsu in the Naruto-verse.
The Bijuu does not grant the user a defense from Genjutsu. It's unlike Kirabi's in that it doesn't co-operate.
The Bijuu's chakra that you rave about actually kills the user over time, and if enough of it is used the user loses his mind and ends up hurting his own allies.
Bijuu does not grant the user the use of a jutsu that allows it to negate all other jutsu.
However, there is a kekke genkai that grants the user all of the pluses that are mentioned above. The Sharingan. The only downside is that you will eventually go blind. But, oh em gee! Wait a minute, if you take someone elses Sharingan then that is automatically negated. Thus, it has no downsides!
At the end of the day, the only thing the Bijuu actually does is grant the user a temporary boost in durability, strength, and speed, as well as an overall boost in chakra capacity, but that last positive is negated because every time it's used to it's potential the user loses consciousness or is severely weakened. When he fought against Sawsgay the strain of the Kyuubi chakra on his body made him black out in addition to the Lvl 2 Chidori. When he used the clones to train the wind rasengan? He blacked out. lolZ. When he went four-tails he knocked the shit out of Sakura, nearly killed his own mentor, and was so wounded and exhausted that his chakra, for all of it's "infinite" capacity, was nearly at zero and he needed healing.
Obviously, it's far greater then any other kekke genkai.

You continuously mentioning Kirabi is utterly pointless and doesn't help you're argument in even the slightest.
All of the Bijuu have different personalities and different levels of power. Eight-tail's Bijuu is willing to cooperate with it's host and so he gains an advantage, something the Kyuubi is unwilling to do. Kirabi's also doesn't seem to damage his as much, and he's always in control. He's also had like 30 years to train with it as well.
And Terry's right. an Itachi with full health would run through Kirabi in minutes.
And I seem to remember a Sharingan user had control over all the tailed beasts. So, what were you saying?
The name of the show is Naruto so he shouldn't cound, Sasuke is a main character so he shouldn't count. People like Neji, Itachi, Haku or any other person who was born with a Kekkai Genkai.
Jiraiya, Orochumaru, The 3rd Hokage all learned how to be great ninjas without having a unlimited amound of chakra or because they were the main characters but if you are going to say anybody from Naruto then it would be Haku. A guy who didnt even want to become a ninja and was on the run from tracker ninja yet he was able to beat both Sasuke and Naruto at the same time.
If a moron like Naruto could learn the Rasengan in 1 month then logic would state Haku would of learned it quicker (Not just Haku, Neji, or any other half way sane ninja should be able to learn it in a month) Imagine Haku being trained by Jiraiya or Orochumaru like Sasuke was. Imagine Haku with a cursed seal or any other gimmick move. Or even imagine Haku if he wanted to become a ninja and his charcater could of lived longer and developed.
Haku also uses a blood limit.. and Sawsgay beat him the first time. Haku only won by using his, gasp, blood limit.
Haku just by himself is not special at all.
Not counting blood limits, I'd say Shikamaru is a genius, Rock Lee is a genius, Sasori is a genius, the third perhaps. And not counting main characters makes little sense.

Shikamaru is a genius of tactical strategy
Rock Lee is a genius of hard work (?) but he also learned to open the gates which is supposedly genius level
Orochimaru, 3rd Hokage, Itachi, Kakashi, were genius' at learning shinobi jutsus, chakra, etc, typical shinobi stuff that got them high rankings very early
I agree with King Kandy in the fact that if Naruto learned to control his Kyuubi the way Killer Bee can, he would literally be unstoppabled.
And that stuff about they way the 9-tails was sealed in Naruto that makes it harder to control is not cannon. That is not found anywhere in the Manga or the anime. Naruto can't control the Kyuubi because that's the way the writer wrote it so far...nothing has been explained to why Naruto can't control his Kyuubi and Killer Bee can.
Naruto IS a genius. He almost falls into the category of idio-genius.
Sasuke is a genius, so is Neji.
Rock Lee is a Genius because, despite his weaknesses, able to obtain an awesome level of power. Despite all the odds stacked up against him to fail, he persevered and found a way to be superior.
