Why, what happened?

Stop crying.

edit- He's mad because he opened his mouth and got shot down instantly. Now, he has nothing to say. *shrug* At least that's what it looks like. When someone posts and two people post counter-arguments and he ignores them utterly and whines it's usually because he simply doesn't have anything to say.

What the hell are you talking about

Waffles.

Real men eat pancakes

It's true.

Are you literate? Jiraiya says that Naruto can't control his Chakra very well, because he was cut off from his Biju. Why does that matter? Because with his Biju-enhanced Chakra, Naruto can screw up all he wants:

http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/90/07/
http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/90/08/

But once he's separated from that chakra, his mess-ups start becoming more severe. Naruto never learned the precise chakra control the others have, because he never needed to. He could waste chakra all day and be fine. He could be injured and heal rapidly. There were no consequences. There's only one time we've seen Naruto with his naked chakra/stamina: when Orochimaru put a seal on him, and he failed.

Yes, he did walk on water. However, the reason why I posted the later scans was to show that walking on water is EXTREMELY TIRING for him. He did it fine for a couple seconds, but later on we see how precise control taxes him. It's just not something he really learned. And no, i'm not saying Sasuke was better while they were tree climbing. He was later though, we can see that in the diagram scans I posted.

Any time someone preforms a feat and Naruto matches it, the feat is greater for the other person, since they have a lesser supply, and need to be more delicate in their conservation of Chakra. Naruto's feats are just "whoah, he can afford to waste chakra with his admittedly terrible control but retardedly high stamina." That's why the tree-thing is actually a better feat for Sasuke, and an absolutely incredible feat for Sakura; Sakura's chakra was nothing compared to either of them.

Additionally, when that tree-feat happened, Naruto actually held all the advantage: Sasuke didn't have the Sharingan yet, but Naruto still had his monster chakra supply.

1. He did not say that because his chakra was less, it was more difficult to control, he stated that the seal made it more difficult, because Naruto and the Kyuubi's chakras are linked.

2. So what you are saying is his chakra control becomes lesser when separated from Kyuubi? Kakashi disagrees.

"Well! On the other hand, it can be said that because of the influence from Kyuubi, who is at the root of that stamina...The chakra becomes more difficult to control."

So clearly, the seal did not merely separate their chakras, that would only make his chakra more easily molded, it became harder to control, as stated by Jiraiya, because of the seal.

3. Extremely tiring? So now, with the seal gone, all of the sudden walking on water is extremely tiring for the boy with infinite chakra? You're contradicting yourself. Tired him out in a few seconds? Dude, it was clearly implied and even shown some time had passed by the time Naruto is tired, Jiraiya even stated Naruto had,"Finally used up all your chakra," key word being finally. He was better at tree climbing later? How? Both can walk on water and on solid earth effortlessly now.

4. Only you are only taking chakra amount into account. None of the other factors. And Naruto making the Rasengan required pure chakra control, not amount, hell, if anything his massive chakra only made it more difficult. And Sakura's feat is great, but only because of her incredible chakra control. Thing is, chakra amount does not factor at all into walking on water or on solid objects except for how long you can do it. It requires precise control.

5. And Sasuke had his comparitively much greater chakra control. His monster chakra grants him stamina, but fvcks up his control.

Of course they are linked, the chakra is meshed. When that seal was placed, the Kyuubi's chakra ceased to interact with Naruto's in the slightest.

The chakra is difficult to control but since he has increased stamina, that doesn't matter. It should also be noted that it's possible to control biju (red) chakra to the same degree as normal chakra, other Jinchiruki do it. That's a personal failing of Naruto.

It was hard to control because his whole life Naruto had never needed to learn good control since his stamina let him be wasteful. It's kind of like how if you have a bigger lunch then someone, you can throw away more but still be just as full.

See i'm starting to think you weren't paying attention. I said that when he was with Jiraiya (the first time) he only walked for a few seconds before they stopped. The second time, we have no idea how long it took but Jiraiya mentions how it is more tiring for him than for others. And i'm saying that Sasuke has better control in general, not that he was better with trees alone.

Again, the lunch metaphor. Let's say (and this is working on the same system as Ebisu's diagram, so don't say that the manga doesn't substantiate it) that Naruto and Sakura were both climbing a tree. Naruto only requires 1% of his chakra to do it, but since Sakura has less she must use 10%. Sakura converts all 10% into useful chakra and climbs it easily. Now, Naruto fails at control, so he withdraws ten percent, much to much. The 9% is surplus and is wasted, but Naruto only needed 1% anyway; he can still climb the tree. Thus, the two have wildly different controls but achieve the same result because they could draw on different resources.

So all joking aside, would Konohamaru count as a genius?

Considering that

Spoiler:
he can do kage bunshin and the rasengan and he doesn't have any extra chakra... and he's just kid. He's learned two moves that most Genin haven't been able to do yet.

Opinions?

just by that i would say yes, after all it's not like naruto has sat down and trained him to make resengans and iruka doesn't know how to make them either.

konahamaru also comes from a line of insanely good ninjas so.... not a surprise if he's got potential.

Well Naruto did teach him that Rasengan over 3 years ago, so it took him over 3 years to gain that small rasengan which took Naruto 1 week to learn a bigger rasengan, but nonetheless it's still impressive.

Konohamaru seems like a better genius than Naruto imo.

Kishi can just change the title to 'Konohamaru' now. Shark is looking pretty jumpped and I want to punch Kishi in the face. Also I thought I remembered the Rasengan working by messing with your insides? So it shouldn't work on someone dead?

wat about ten-ten?

How exactly is Ten Ten a genius?

That's the wind-Rasengan.

she's just highly skilled, like a gymnast. she's no neji, whom is a jonin at the same age ten ten is.

kakashi was anbu at what...8 and achieved jonin status around 13-14.

I'd disagree. Three years of training and his rassengan is that size... Nah.

Well it's not like he spent the three years on Rasengan specifically.

Besides, it still was powerful enough to defeat a Pain Body (Recall that Kakashi and Choji's family pretty much died just to beat Asura Pain.)
