No I'm not, i'm compunding upon it. You want to argue that Batman is above human capability, but that Punisher isn't. Batman doesn't have radar sense, or SSS serum but you want to argue he's superhuman in areas anyway while ignoring Punisher's physicality and proclaiming that he isn't superhuman. Punisher lacks Batman's skill level sure. But sheer speed, and strength? Batman is not in another league those things considered.

In h2h Bullseye's been beaten by DD 1on1 something like 6 or 7 times iirc. Even that arc was an aftermath after another beating he took from DD where he ended up with a broken spine.
He got dominated in his first fight h2h with Elektra too. He started doing better when he got his hands on weapons and won through projectile use, as he should.
Their second fight she curbed him as soon as she got serious, and that was after he had months of info on her to prep with.
He had CIS to his benefit and was able to do better against the both of them at once then he ever has in 10 previous showings against either of them alone. That's an uncharacteristically high showing for him.. Something that's also referring to around here as PIS... and aside from that? Yeah they looked like a couple of tools when Bullseye was a bloody disguisting mess in the middle of the pavement and neither of them had a scratch to show for it.
