I'll answer. McClane was being forced to watch as Hans cowardly shelled the SWAT tank, he was in a situation where he had his hands tied. What did he do? He strapped C4 and a computer terminal to a chair and hurled it down an elevator shaft.
Facing down Batman, Mac has no tied hands, he has two guns, he will decide in a millisecond to gun his ass down.

and how do you knwo for certain McClane will decide in a Millisecond? All through the DH movies everything something F-ed up happens he stands there a moment THEN acts. When they blew up the white house he it took him a bit of time before he decided to run out of the building to see for himself. McClane doesnt have a computer for a mind. He doesnt make split second desicions.

Facing McClane, Batman goes into cover "Within a Millisecond" of seeing McClane has a gun, then, since McClane chose to shoot, as you say, once the ammo is out Bats comes out of cover and b*tch slaps him.

And thats what it comes down to. you like Mcclane more then batman so you try to come up with anything to make him lose.
All I ahve seen is people say McClane will Gun Batman down. Batman has face people with automatic guns before and he has always gotten into suitable cover.
And as for McClane and the C4? He only put the computer on it to keep the C4 from falling off the chair. I mean he could of simply thrown the C4 on its own. How did the computer or the chair make the explosion even more then it was? And even still whats THAT have to do with McClane vs Batman?!

I said before, when Mac is facing an opponent and armed with an HK, or a gun in general, his desicions are split second.

When did we see John unload a clip, for good measure? I can't recall a time that he did that to a seemingly dead body.
