Martial arts against guns? Come on. Just watch The Last Samurai and see what happens when a buncha martial artists armed with no guns go up against guns. Think about Kill Bill. What would have happened to Black Mamba if the crazy 88 all had guns?

Someone like McClane, the only thing that beats him is someone armed with guns, who is better with guns than he is. Batman can throw batarangs all day, he can flash his ascension gun, he can use all his gadgets for hours, but in the end, he has no guns.

Anyone good enough to make the kind of shots that McClane is shown making regularly, stands a good chance of face/head shotting Batman.
