Except in this thread, McClane DOES see him. There is no stealth used, Batman is standing out in the open, McClane sees him and empties a mag into him. Kills him. Dead. Tag on the ****in' toe dead.

When McClane sees him he doesn't know WTF to think.. also McClane is on the Walkie Talkie talking with Hans
