what i said meant that they had poor intel. if the SWAT teams had been told before going in to shoot Batman on site and that he was in the building Bruce would have been a goner. besides McClane is >> mutiple SWAT teams anyway.

However stealthy McClane may be, Batman has him beat in this area. Stealth is Batman's forte. Batman also has a limited degree of X-Ray vision thanks to his sonar. This will help him inside the tower.
His armor is bulletproof in most areas. It's not as armored as his first suit but it still is. It stops the bullet Dent fired at him.
