like fifth time i posted this.bats ducks like a mutha****a,at the same time shooting 1-2 batarnags mcclanes hands.in the seconds mcclane's tending to his hands,batman runs up to him,makes sure the gun is knocked out of his hand,probably by twisting his arm,and,angry that he was shot at,proceeds to feed mcclane his teeth

Batman also had the element of surprise in 3 if not all of those scenarios. Per the OP, Batman's doesn't have that element here, McClane sees him; he sees McClane.

So Batmman's going to have to be actively dodging, ducking, taking cover while making his way to McClane. I don't think it's as easy for Batman, as you make it.

He wasn't pwnage with it. Like I said he rarely fired it properly. He was no Swagger with it that's for sure.

1.john starts shooting.bats quickly ducks behind the clerk's desk.as mcclane approachs.batman quickly shoots 2 batrangs at his mcclane's hands.mcclane looks down at his hands for a second,and looks up just in time to see bats swirve behind him and break his arm,and then ko him with a punch.al comes on the walkie-talkie

(batman picks up the walkie)
Batman- "Who is this"
Al- "This is Sergeant Al Powell of the LAPD"
Batman- "This is Batman"
(dialouge goes on that proves it really is batman)
Al-"Where is John?"
Batman- "I was forced to incapacitate him"
Al- "Oh.That's okay.He is a prick anyway.What's your status?"

2.john starts shooting at bats,while calling him a freak in a batsuit.bats quickly ducks behind the clerk's desk.as mcclane approachs.batman quickly shoots 2 batrangs at his mcclane's hands.mcclane looks down at his hands for a second,and looks up just in time to see bats swirve behind him and break his arm,and then punch him in the face,causing him to fall.a weak mcclane looks up to see an enraged batman,angry he was called a freak.bats then proceeds to bash mcclane's head in ala Hartigan doing to TOYB in sin city (what a coincidence).al comes on the walkie-talkie
