47's bullet had a travel time of less than a second at 4km. He obviously had a super weapon because the bullet landed right where he was aiming. We see no calibration on the screen, either. The lot of it points to uber technology.

Wrong on most accounts.
Doubling the math would do jack shit for him. Agent 47's rifle was far superior, as were his bullets. His scope was also MUCH better than any scope swagger used. He was supposedly at 4km and the scope showed a nice close up shot of the Russian pres head.
Swagger's rifle is obviously MUCH weaker than Agent 47s. That technology doesn't even exist yet, dude.

That absolutely had no bearing whatsoever on what I said in regards to the fact that 47 can shoot Swagger from 1.5times the distance over Swagger's, going by screen-feats.

OK then. Swagger was shown facing off against two highly trained CIA snipers and winning. Swagger was shown sniping enemies while under fire from them. Swagger was shown taking out two attack choppers with a sniper rifle. Swagger took out SEVENTY men with a sniper rifle in one sitting. Swagger was shown being all but invisible to the two snipers as they searched for him.
47 and Swagger stalking each other in a sniper battle? Puhlease, Swagger would educate 47 on a level 47 never dreamt of.

Screen feats/skills are very much in the favor of Swagger. As I said, Swagger is not Bellicoff's double, he is not in broad daylight waving to the crowd. Bellicoff's might as well have been wearing a neon sign that says "Shoot me!!!"
47's feat? Shooting some chump out in the open. Swaggers? Well, we all know them, and they are on a whole diferent level.
