Spartacus: Blood and Sand

Historically speaking, Crixus becomes one of Spartacus' primary generals in the slave rebellion. However, I'm not sure how closely the show will follow in history's footsteps so we'll just have to see how it pans out.

By the way, Crixus uttered perhaps the best line thus far:
"He'd sooner part with his own cock."

Alright then, he's not dying that way. But he'll likely abandon the 'honor or the school', because of the slave-girl and Lawless catching them together.

This just in: Andy Whitfield (Spartacus) has been diagnosed with cancer. Season 2 production will be halted. Hope all goes well.

Ouch. How unfortunate for him.

providing this is actually true, his life is more important than the show so in that respect best wishes to him as he fights this..

It's looking good for him, as they caught it early.

Very nice episode. Much better then the last one. Though, I am surprised how quickly he transformed into an ******* and forgot about his values

Episode 9 didn't feel like any other episode. Way too much nudity. Little violence, but overall, a nice episode
