On a lighter note, I take back my less-female-nudity outlook. Thankfully, Xena let those puppies breathe. Did any of you catch that female slave Bats was banging?

Well after the last ep had male full frontal guess they decided to put it back in balance with more boobs than skinemax would even show.

Even blaming it on someone else I dont think would work. just dont see how i am going to buy their explination for him desiring to continue fighting.

He could say that he needs money to locate the murderer

^ Perhaps. I'm sure that limp slave could round up a few investigators though. He pretty much ran sh*t last episode.

So the little blurb about the next episode says this:

"Overcome by the pressure of Batiatus' control, Spartacus must make a choice: leave his past behind and assume the mantle of a champion gladiator, or die."

Obviously he does not choose to die, and I just don't see how they character they have been showing us would choose anything other than death at this point.

Yup, Lucy Lawless tells her husband something like "ass spit this one, I'll watch and be pleased."

Biatus then bends her[the super-hot slave girl] over, spits in his hand, rubs it on her ass and then she starts making the 'I'm taking it up the butt without lube' face, while Lawless laughs.

^ Okay, cool. Everything about that scene was just..awesome. But like I said, poor slave girl.

decent ep earlier tonight

Yeah, it was alright. I didn't like how fake the fight scene was. It was way too obvious

^ I agree. The CGI was worse than usual. The episode itself was decent. Still a little pissed with what they did with Cura.

That being said, I am continually surprised by the story-telling. Not to say it's the most smartly written show ever but it is pretty engaging for what it is.

Yea I have to say they accomplished what I did not believe they could. They made his desire to fight and transformation into "Spartacus" actually seem believable. Good job writers, I thought you were gonna fail hard on this one, I was pleasantly surprised.

The gimp is starting to become my favorite character, like how he's devious and plays people against each other.

Anyone take a guess in how many more eps before Lawless finds out her slave-girl is fooling around with her slave-lover?

maybe by the season finale, but then again Lucy isn't all that bright to that sort of thing yet

I'm guessing it will be how Crixis (sp?) is killed off.

Lawless sees them, in a fit of anger, she has her husband force herself onto the sexy-cute slave-girl, making sure Crxis sees or hears about it. Crixis then goes berserk and Biatus is forced to have him killed.

Also see the trainer losing it, if he learns that Barka was assassinated.
