The powers you listed in your rhyme are redundent as I stated before, crystal is slow, his invisibility is limited and pretty useless and he would still be blown apart by the large gun one of the party uses, or one of the swords. Intangability is nice, when he can actually use it which as far as I have seen only when his physical form is not present/dead.
