FF8 Party v.s. Ganondorf

No, as Ganons never tried to get Link, or anyone else ever with that move, Im talking opening a portal under him. Well yeah thats the negating evil magic thing (evil magic TK (if he can resist TK)) not negating falling into another dimension.

This banishment isnt something he can do to anyone.

Well, it is a magical portal. 😬

Itd be magican to open it, falling in would be the the portal thing... wait, point is he's never tried to do it to anyone.

Cloud has a strength feat in Crisis Core. Goombas are easily wasted by jumping on them.

1. 'cause he just got his ass beaten. Take note that Phantom Ganon cannot fly while unconscious. Link reflects his spells, and it knocks him to the ground. Yet somehow, when he was defeated he remained able to fly. I wonder how that happened?

Phantom Ganon wouldn't be writhing if he was unconscious.

2. Master Sword. 👆

It didn't protect him from water vortexes in the Water Temple and it shouldn't protect him portals.

3. This isn't some Multiple Man duplicate. There's no reason to believe it's that simple. Quit picking and choosing when you want what "makes sense" to be acceptable.

Ganon has never does this banishment after Phantom Ganon. It would make more sense if he was able to do it to his own creations.

Why not? He opened a portal, and threw something into it.

His creation. Not Link, Zelda or any other threat to him, didn't even attempt to not then or in any other game.

Which was his own creation. Come back when he actually uses it on somebody who tries to fight him. The Master Sword doesn't protect Link on all forms of magic.

I'm sorry guys but "it makes sense because it's his own creation" isn't going to fly unless that logic works everywhere else it has been applied.

IE, Midna's castle busting, Ganon levitating his castle, etc etc.

What have those examples got to do with this?

There was no sealing-to-another-dimension when he fought Midna, just in case you want use an argument that the Triforce protects from that kind of stuff (which would make no sense seeing all the times Zelda has been captured).

Both of those examples were discounted on the grounds that "making sense" wasn't important. We tend to discount a lot of "it makes sense" crap around here, because it often times lacks proof. So yeah, it doesn't fly unless it flies everywhere.

Oh well I got no idea what those are about so.. hm. But yeah, only used it once in the whole LoZ series and on his created minion, never used or attempted to use on any hero and is slow. Reasons why its not helping him.

Slow is the only one that matters. He just TK's them to hold them still/toss them into it.

Actually the never being able to us it on a threat even if its a really good move part matters too. Cant remember him TKing, can he hold multiple people/ how good is it?
