Pokeverse v.s. FFverse

Which won't be a problem for the high tiers or people like Squall and Cloud.

Both are useless against Sin. Go play Final Fantasy X. Only the Final Aeon "kills" Sin but it resurrects after a while. The only way to beat Sin is to destroy Yu Yevon. None of the Pokemon will survive getting inside.

Sin has powerful gravity shields and can disintegrate foes. Tidus & friends got inside because of Jecht. If Seymour became Sin, everything would be hopeless.

Rattata are easily defeated as they're some of the weakest Pokemon around. They're only good for beginner teams which would brutalized by any FF party.

Curse doesn't have to get through a gravity shield. It isn't even a material attack.

Jirachi's Pokedex says it can grant any wish.

I don't really care for this thread but I will say that FF's main power in this thread is Bartz, who has the ability to mimic any ability from any of his teammates(plus any he learned on his own), which in this thread includes all of FFdom. So Bartz mimics all of the other's powers at once and becomes Ultra Bartz and then stomps pokeverse. The end.

Grant wishes? In that gay Pokemon Jirachi movie, didn't Jirachi only teleport things? If I recall correctly, somebody wished for snacks and snacks suddenly fell from the ceiling. It is then discovered that the snacks were teleported from a shop, into the trailer. Granting wishes my foot, I'd look like a thief if I got my "wish" from that trouble maker.

Chaos was banned from the thread. And as for the Great Will, oh boy, can't wait to find out what that can do.

That's because Pokemon can't cure it. In the universe of FF, that is easily erased by Esuna. Auto-Life can eliminate the problem anyway. Leech Seed would get destroyed by a Fire Pokemon outside of gameplay. The seed is useless.

Except they might be faster than much of the FF verse. Besides, all they have to do is land one move in order to contribute.

Not really. Pokemon are never restricted to just commands, it is only what they do in battling. OHKO attacks work on any Pokemon, even things harder than diamond. We have seen Leech Seed outside of gameplay, and it doesn't just sap energy, it literally cripples whatever it is attached to. Based on what?

Pokemon need trainer commands to win battles otherwise, they'd get crushed. OHKO attacks work on all Pokemon in gameplay. I doubt a Ponyta will OHKO Rayquaza outside of that. The only times I've seen Leech Seed used on the anime are grass and bug types that couldn't escape it if they tried.

Cactuar are faster than Rattata and they get massacred. They're pretty deadly as they can shoot 1000 needles. Irvine alone create piles of dead rat Pokemon.

Funny, you seem to think being captured by a human matters. DBZ characters attacks can be seen from space, too, but that doesn't mean they'd beat Giritina. Nor does crossing dimensions. 😆 When I said Giritina can easily and literally annihilate Sin, I meant it. Watch the Darkrai movie. Darkrai himself is capable of incredible defensive ability, and he was disintegrated.

I don't know where you guys get these ideas. So, what do Wild Pokemon do to survive? How is it possible for something like, say, the Shiny Metagross to become as powerful as it was without battling?

So you're saying Grass and Bug types cannot escape a Grass type attack? If it is as easy as you say, couldn't said Grass type merely use Razor Leaf or Cut? And a Bug Pokemon, shit, their attacks are super effective on Grass types. Escape should be as simple as an X-Scissor or even a Signal Beam.

Are you insane? A Leech Seed attached to an Undead will magically sap energy from the user, who, mind you, is not attached to a Leech Seed, and is arguably 5+ feet away?

I'm not so sure about the Sin argument but when you think about it, this thread could be a draw. I mean both sides have universe raping beings at their disposal and all those that can make another one should their universe get destroyed. In the long run this is just a race to see who can destroy the universe first which would look pretty cool if it were aired on tv.
