Against moving BRB, Doom, Thor, Loki and Hercules down. Will post links of Doom and Thor's skillfulness in H2H later for those who won't look at the Respect Threads. Also, I support moving Punisher to 2nd tier. Nobody can go H2H against Daredevil and hold his own (despite DD fighting him so often) without being an expert combatant. Castle is outclassed, but not twice over.

I'm not going to add the proposal for Punisher's movement (yet) for two reasons. 1) There is a large list of proposals already up for discussion and voting, which may change the make-up of the tiers quite a bit. But more importantly 2) it was already proposed and defeated by a four-vote majority only a couple of updates ago.

If you propose something and it gets defeated, or you vote against something and it gets passed, let it be for a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise the proposed changes will just get filled up with repeat votes and ***-for-tat movements.

Doing an update of the votes now, will see if a hierarchy update is in order yet.

So I assume once he learnt of her existence he went to find her, and he's telling her this now as if it were a first meeting. Also the other X-Men saw her in Uncanny X-Men.

Dunno I think they just got mixed up. I take Kyle and Yost's stuff as her origins though.

Edit: Also Mister X should be added to the list. Probably in Marvel's top 5 in terms of MA skill. Said he'd "mastered every terrestial martial arts discipline." And he even knows "Kree and Shi'ar unarmed combat techniques."
He punked Headsman with both hands behind his back. Caught a dagger thrown at him without even turning around. He's trained his reflexes so extensively he even caught a dart fired from a gun and used his swords to deflect a hail of bullets from Black Widow.
