Depends on the quality of the showings.

White Canary needs to wait until we find out she's not already someone listed, but it's pretty clear that if she's someone new that she'll snag a spot.

Also we don't seem to have a lot of discussion points at the moment, so a lull is ok.

Sorry, I've been following the thread, but there hasn't really been an abundance of votes (lots of other crap to do right now). I'll relook through and see if anything's reached the needed majority.

I mean psylocke has far fewer feats of her current skill level however it was enough to stalemate a berserker Wolverine, beat Ogun which are two things I doubt Black Panther could do. She also receieved extensive training from both Sabre-tooth and Ogun.

No black panther on the other hand has far more feats and showings, so it hard to say. I am reserving my vote for the moment, I wish I had an updated list of the tiers so I could judge it better.

Stopping Berserk Wolverine without super-human status is a great feat, but I wonder if its not way too "high level" at it. She does that well against high tier characters?

Against moving Adam Warlock. Adam Warlock does not belong in the second tier, Christ. With his skills alone he routinely faces down opponents vastly stronger than him, pulling disappearing acts, using nerve attacks, and other staples of superior fighting ability. Have people just not read Warlock's appearances? Because his fighting should plainly speak for itself.

Yep, but T'challa wasn't amped in anyways and he wasn't wtf-stomped despite Logan's superior status.

t'challa getting stomped is your opinion, he's already shown the ability to out maneuver logan in most of their confrontations (where he didn't want to fight)

wolverine never beat t'challa...wolverine was trying to kill him, and even then he couldn't manage that.

and pretty much none of psylocke's fight with wolverine was H2H, most of it was sword then psi-blasts

Tchalla didn't take the first fight seriously but was still dodging Wolverine. Again with the excuses Wolverines never been punked before?

moreover, after re-reading hudlin's arc, panther has one-shotted taskmaster in a confrontation before.
