I would rather Jason and Damian be swapped, personally.

And Batman should be a level above all but Cassandra, imo.

Maybe adult Damian. He was designed to be better than Batman, but young Damian already got beat by Jason, IIRC.

When did he humiliate Jason? Getting humiliated by Midnighter isn't a bad thing. He did humiliate Prometheus and the Suicide Squad. Guy is a beast.

Totally forgot Jason's encounter with Slade. First Batman and now Deathstroke. 😂

The Midnighter showing was during the Mother storyline. All these children were proving too much for Jason and the rest of the Bat Family....until they used doors, and brought 12 of them to Midnighter, who took them all on at once, singlehandedly.

AS for the DS showing.....meh. He acknowledges he is off his game, having been poisoned etc.

Panther is on Captain America's level.....not second tier.

Yeah, true, I forgot he was poisoned. Still a decent feat. Midnighter would be above Captain America, IMO.

I remember when we first did this there was a whole debate as whether Midnighter really counted as 'skill' due to the implants etc essentially doing the work for him or something. Albeit that was going by his Wildstorm incarnation. There was similar talk about Prometheus.

Either way, the New 52 kinda throws a wrench into all the DC listings here as some people completely changed and we never really knew what 'counted' anymore. And that is probably changing once again with Rebirth.

For instance Shiva in the N52 has been nowhere near as impressive as she was before, same with Black Canary. And there's been like two different versions of Huntress etc.

Prometheus stated Midnighter was one of the best fighters on the planet. Right up there with Lady Shiva, Batman, James Armorr, etc...

You should be glad you missed plenty of posts here, people like riv still think of the Punisher as of some noob fighter.
