Yes, he was choking her. then Obi Wan told him to let her go. He did so, and she passed out. Lack of oxygen.

Yes, Vader can force choke people on a whim, but he cannot kill them on a whim.

Yes had can and he does throughout the saga.

Again, when, oh when, does Vader kill someone instantly with force choke? Or any force power for that matter?

LoL, no. He knocked her out when he wanted, as he needed her KO'd so she wouldn't interfere in the ass-whupping (killing) he intended to levy on Obi Wan Kenobi. Tis wy he taunted her until Obi arrived; the second he did, out her lights went. To further substantiate this, his choking of the grey-suit to death and not into unconsciousness further proves the extreme level of skill he has when using the Force around someone's neck. If you were correct (hahahaha), grey-suit would have KO'd first. Vader can hold you, he can KO you in a second and/or he can kill you.

Considering harry is about as robust as Padme, Harry goes to sleep 0.5 seconds into the fight and Vader has a laugh.

At the points at which he kills people by choking them.

NOT ONE of them died at a point other than when Vader WANTED them to die. 🙂

By snapping their spine/ and other nerves causing the KO....also if the jaw is caught in the blow also.

Yeah, notice how she passed out the second Vader needed her to? It was planned. He ko'd her when the fight was about to start; not "she just happened to pass out at the perfect time."

Vader has shown to have extremely keen senses, he was aware of Padme being in danger in the room over before Obi became aware and Vader was still a Padawan at the time.
